1. Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content (including audio masterclasses, digital workbooks, video content, and online course materials), all sales of digital products and instant downloads are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access or a download link has been provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions for Technical or Delivery Failures
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you can access your purchases.
If you experience technical issues—such as a corrupted file, an invalid download link, or an inability to access your content due to a platform error—please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
We will work diligently to resolve the technical issue and ensure you receive the content you paid for. If we are unable to resolve the issue and provide access, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
3. Coaching Services
For personal coaching services or consultations, payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming coaching session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
4. Unauthorized Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged for a product or service, or if you spot a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and promptly issue a refund for any verified billing errors.
